Meet Chef Amy Baer Robinson
A California native who lived in New York City for over a decade, Amy’s training comes from the Institute of Culinary Education in Pasadena, CA, and the New York City food scene. Chef Amy’s culinary style features flavors and techniques of Europe and the Mediterranean, while highlighting farms and produce from the Central Coast. She thrives on creating full flavors and unique dishes while nurturing an appreciation for sustainability. A loyal supporter of humane-focused ranchers and environmentally-friendly farmers, Amy showcases high quality at its best. Amy’s extensive resume includes work with Wolfgang Puck (92nd Governor’s Ball and Oscars Red Carpet), Felix in Los Angeles, Scratch Kitchen’s Leviathan in Los Angeles, Les Petites Canailles in Paso Robles, Industrial Eats in Buellton, Porch and Swing in Irvine, CA, and Playground in Santa Ana, CA. Chef Amy is the co-founder and creative director of Epicurean Santa Barbara.
